Coming Events

This February  our chapter lost one of it's long time members, Charlie Bearce. Charlie was loved by all and was an attribute to our chapter for many years. His tireless devotion helped many of our "Brothers" get the help and the information they needed.
He will be greatly missed by ALL. Charles wish was to forego Flowers and instead, make a donation to our Chapter to help VietNam veterans. Those wishing to do so can send their donations to :

After a meeting with senior leadership, compliance,VVA representatives, and an initial consultation with the OGC, we have laid out a way forward that will permit us to resume the car show.  Overview as follows :
  * The car show will now be hosted/sponsored by VA Voluntary Service ( in partnership with the VVA and American Infidels Motorcycle Club ) and will continue to include an outreach component ( HR, enrollment, suicide prevention, and other VA programs and Veteran support groups.
 * A suggested &10.00 donation will be collected by VAVS for those cars wishing to be judged. Cars not wishing to be judged will be provided free admission.
 * A suggested donation for the food & beverages supplied by Walmart/Sam's Club will be collected by VAVS staff ( suggested donation TBD ). Those not wishing to make a donation will be provided with free food and beverages as long as supplies last.
 * All donations for both judging and food service will only be collected and processed by authorized VAVS staff and immediately deposited into GPF accounts as soon as reasonably permitted. There will be no pass thru of donations collected on property through any of the partnership organizations.
*Partnership organizations will be permitted to solicit funds for sponsorship and support of the event provided it is done off site and does not use VA's seals or marks as part of it's marketing.
*Raffles or sales of merchandise of any kind during the event will be strictly prohibited.

Any changes or modifications to these requirements will be vetted with senior leadership, compliance and the OGC.

With VAVS now hosting and providing oversight for the event, our mission is to maintain 100% compliance with the above, both before, during, and after the event.

I WOULD LIKE TO SET UP A MEETING with all participating parties the week of Feb. 19th to discuss and fine tune. How does Wednesday, February 21st @ 10 AM work in my office?
